  Visily is perfect for anyone who wants to quickly and collaboratively create flowcharts, diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes. with almost no learning curve, it's easy to get your entire team on board.
• Q. What is a "project" in Visily?
  a project is the first level of organization in the Visily Workspace, where you can group together multiple boards and design tasks. projects typically serve the purpose of organizing work toward a single deliverable, such as a specific app or website.
• Q. What is a "board" in Visily?
  a board is a design canvas, a unit that can hold multiple screens, diagrams, and prototypes.
• Q. How does Visily utilize AI?
  Visily combines screenshots, text, and canvas selections into prompts to auto-generate screens, suggest design objects, recommend themes, automate repetitive tasks, and more. the latest AI version even suggests color palettes, fonts, and layouts to improve design quality and productivity.
• Q. Do you have a Visily Enterprise plan?
  yes. We offer Business and Enterprise plans, which include custom features, credits, and dedicated customer support for larger teams and organizations.
• Q. How do AI and template credits work in Visily?
  Each plan in Visily includes credits for using AI features and templates. credits are deducted each time you use preconfigured resources like screens, apps, and diagram templates, and you can see your usage in your account.
• Q. Does everyone on my team need a Visily account to see my designs in Visily?
  no. Publicly shared projects and boards can be viewed by anyone, even if they don't have a Visily account. however, only logged-in Visily users can comment or edit. On the Starter plan, commenters and editors must be team members, and on the Pro plan, admins can invite guest viewers or editors to projects and boards.
• Q. How does Visily share designs with specific people without inviting them to join the team?
  simply enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite to the board or folder and set the sharing permissions. when you share a folder, anyone who has access to it will also have access to all the boards within the folder.
• Q. A board I created in my Visily project was deleted, can I still access it?
  yes. if the board editor has granted you access to the board, you can still access the board even if it's been deleted from the project. if it was accidentally deleted, you can request access back from the team owner.
• Q. What can I do with Visily's Starter plan?
  The Starter plan gives you access to almost all of Visily's basic features. some advanced features are excluded, but you get the core functionality for free, including wireframing, prototyping, and diagramming.
