Intercom Fin is a multimodal response platform that includes not only text-based live chat, but also email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice calls, and image analytics (Vision). When a customer asks a difficult question, they are immediately connected to an agent with the Human handoff feature, and if necessary, the agent can use the Copilot feature to receive AI answer suggestions to help them respond quickly and accurately. Billing is relatively simple at $0.99 per conversation, with Intercom Premium plan users paying a monthly fee per seat and adjustments based on the number of resolutions.
