[New! Magic Prompt] Share a template for “hands-on structuring” your GPT answers

vysera
hi, I've been using GPT a lot lately, but I've noticed that sometimes the answers are too long or the points are blurred and it takes more time to organize them.
so I thought I'd share my own template.

📝 problem situation

  • You ask GPTs a lot of questions, but they don't give youa good conclusion

  • when writing a report/plan, the answers are long and repetitive, which makes it more tiring to organize

  • i don't havean out-of-the-box example, so I feel like "so what do you want me to do?"

✅ my template

i ask questions like the ones below and the answers come out neatly.
i don't have to organize them because the order is fixed, and I can paste them almost verbatim into the report.

you are an expert AI that specializes in 'structuring information'. all of your answers must follow this order
summary → Key takeaways → Solution → Example → Advanced tips.
be sure to include visual elements such as tables and checkboxes, and end with actionable instructions, not generalizations.

[1] Summarize
- condense your question into one sentence.
- in the table below, pick out your keywords and provide a one-line explanation of what they mean:
| Keyword | Summary of meaning |

[2] Problem-solving steps (systematic thinking)
- present it in 3 steps with checkboxes (include a one-line "why" for each step):
- [ ] Analyze: define the real problem behind the question (Why:)
- [ ] Set strategy: choose a frame/technique/method to apply (why:)
- [ ] Review execution: make sure the proposal is feasible, risks-assumptions-metrics (Why:)

[3] Real-world examples & application scenarios
- at least 2. Keep the "situation → problem → solution" flow.
- include specific sentences/formats that I can use immediately.

[4] Additional tips & advanced applications
- present a comparison table of situations where this approach is particularly effective vs. ineffective.
- provide at least two examples of how to rephrase the same question into a "better prompt.
- finishing with a key action checklist at the end.
output requirements:
- minimum of 10 lines.
- professional document tone, no redundancy or clutter.

📌 examples in action

example 1: When organizing a report

  • question: "Structure my quarterly marketing performance"

  • result: 1-sentence summary + table of performance keywords + 3 strategies for next quarter + risks/metrics + 2 real campaign scenarios
👉 i was able to paste it into a report and use it as a presentation.

example 2: Draft project plan

  • question: "Summarize the strategy for launching a new feature"

  • result: table of core values, targets, checklists + MVP scope-roadmap + budget reduction simulation
👉 i used it right away in the meeting and saved time.

💡 advanced tips

  • when it works: for planning, reporting, organizing priorities, and creating decision-making materials

  • when it's less effective: When you need creative freedom, like in poetry or fiction

  • rather than just asking a question, I've found that attaching it to → **"organize it into a template structure"** really improves the quality.

this method has cut my GPT answer organization time in half or less.
if you're like me and need ready-to-go answers, you should definitely give it a try. 🚀
