Switzerland Surpasses Global Average in AI Adoption
Switzerland has been ranked 15th globally for AI adoption, with approximately one in three working-age individuals utilizing AI tools, according to the AI Diffusion Report released by Microsoft today. The adoption rate of 32.4% is notably higher than the Global North average of 23%.
Marc Holitscher, National Technology Officer at Microsoft Switzerland, stated that Switzerland is well-positioned to lead in the AI economy. By combining investment in infrastructure with education, digital skills, and a forward-looking policy framework, an ecosystem is created where innovation and growth can thrive.
