Notion Expands in Europe with New Offices and Leadership
San Francisco-based AI giant Notion has announced the opening of three new 'hub' offices in London, Paris, and Munich as part of its European expansion. The company has appointed Mick Hodgins as the new general manager for EMEA and launched EU data residency for enterprise customers.
Notion aims to invest in European talent and strengthen relationships with local customers, with the new office locations hosting initial hires focused on customer-facing roles.
Since establishing its regional headquarters in Dublin in 2021, the office has grown to over 100 employees, with plans to continue expanding through 2026.
Hodgins, formerly managing director of EMEA ads at Google, will lead the company's expansion and go-to-market strategy across EMEA markets.
Notion already has millions of users in the UK, including companies like Monzo, Dojo, Synthesia, and Wayve. The tool is widely adopted in the UK's tech ecosystem, with 6,000 UK companies participating in Notion's Startups Program and 95% of UK unicorns using Notion.
