Notion Capital Closes €114 Million Growth Fund

Notion Capital, a leading venture capital firm in Europe, has announced the successful closure of its latest growth fund, Notion Capital Opportunities III SCSp, at €114 million. This fundraising highlights the ongoing dynamism and investment appeal of the European tech sector.

The new fund primarily aims to extend support to Notion's top-performing portfolio companies, helping them sustain their capital journeys during crucial growth phases. Additionally, the fund has doubled its resources for investments in select external growth-stage companies, aiming to support those with potential to become market leaders.

Notion Capital is distinguished by its robust operational background and deep expertise in the business software sector. The firm offers a value-added investment model, working closely with portfolio companies in areas such as product development, market strategies, talent acquisition, and pricing refinement.

To date, the fund has made several notable investments, including continued support for existing portfolio companies like Aikido, Upvest, and Resistant AI, and a new investment in Nelly Solutions. Notion plans to make around a dozen core investments from this fund, strengthening its market position.

In a strategic move, Notion has appointed Jess Bartos as its first external partner. With a focus on B2B software businesses and a keen interest in artificial intelligence projects, Jess will work alongside existing partner Stephanie Opdam on this fund and its strategies.
