AllRize Integrates AI Agents into Legal Management
AllRize, a legal practice management software company based in Fort Lauderdale, is introducing artificial intelligence to manage routine and critical administrative tasks in law firms. The company has announced the integration of agentic AI capabilities into its platform, aiming to transform processes from client intake to billing.
Launched in 2024, AllRize's platform is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and hosted on Azure, offering software modules for marketing, CRM, matter management, document management, and accounting. With agentic AI, these modules are expected to operate more autonomously, handling tasks across Microsoft applications that currently require significant manual effort.
Erik Ruda, CEO of AllRize, developed the AI agents exclusively on Microsoft's platform, a decision driven by technical compatibility and the legal industry's stringent requirements.
The platform strategy offers varying levels of sophistication based on client needs. "We provide an out-of-the-box solution, and we can also customize and fine-tune it using Azure AI Foundry for larger firms seeking more sophisticated tasks," Ruda stated.
