33 US AI Startups Raise Over $100M in 2025

Last year marked a significant milestone for the AI industry in the U.S. and globally.

According to TechCrunch's data, 49 startups secured funding rounds of $100 million or more in 2024, with three companies achieving multiple 'mega-rounds' and seven companies securing rounds of $1 billion or more.

How does 2025 compare? With only a few weeks left in the third quarter, it appears that the momentum from 2024 will continue this year. There have already been several billion-dollar rounds this year, and a few companies have raised more than one mega-round.
