Free AI Bootcamp for Philadelphia Teens by Mark Cuban Foundation

The Mark Cuban Foundation has announced a partnership with Girls Inc. of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey to host three free Artificial Intelligence Bootcamps for local high school students this November. The AI Bootcamp program aims to introduce teens to the fundamentals of AI and its applications in fields such as healthcare, arts, business, computer science, sports, and ecology.

The Philadelphia Bootcamps will occur on November 1, 8, and 15, as part of over 25 camps hosted nationwide. The mission of the AI Bootcamps is to inspire young people with emerging technology, aligning with Girls Inc.'s goal to empower girls to be strong, smart, and bold through mentorship and supportive environments.

Natasha Johnson, CEO of Girls Inc. of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting the opportunity for teens to explore AI's impact across various sectors. The program is designed to spark curiosity and build skills, encouraging youth to envision themselves as innovators and leaders.
