Concerns Over Salesforce AI Deployment Speed

Concerns have been raised regarding Salesforce Inc (NYSE:CRM) not achieving the expected returns from its AI investments. Dan Niles, founder and portfolio manager of Niles Investment Management, cited recent studies indicating that companies have yet to see significant results from their AI investments. He highlighted Salesforce as an example, noting that while the company was once a poster child for Agentic AI, its stock recently hit a 52-week low.
